Job Summary
Conduct on-site installation, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical and electrical components and systems for machinery. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation while providing remote support. Utilize knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, electrical wiring, and automation technology to ensure proper installation and operational status. Maintain up-to-date training and deliver exceptional customer service. Work day shifts Monday through Friday with ample overtime and occasional on-call rotation.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
- Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.
- Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date training while providing remote support.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
