Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting Flow’s Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake machinery. Requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, customer-first mindset, and extensive travel (up to 100% overnight). Responsibilities include on-site and remote technical support, training customers in machine operation and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software issues, maintaining technical documentation, building customer relationships, and participating in after-hours on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; AA degree in Electronics, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, or Press Brake
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery installation or field service
- Valid driver’s license and passport
