Job Summary
Travel to project sites across the country to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems, ensuring everything functions before projects begin. Perform hands-on testing and calibration to verify peak efficiency, while documenting work, tracking usage, and generating on-site activity reports. Enforce safety protocols and address unexpected technical issues immediately to minimize downtime and keep projects on track. Train on-site personnel on equipment usage and maintain direct communication with clients, engineers, and project managers to build trust and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-On Experience in a field service role with technical equipment (civil engineering, construction, or industrial maintenance)
- Technical know-how in field service roles
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, on-site teams, and back-office staff
- Commitment to following and enforcing safety protocols
- Willingness to travel to various project sites
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with others
- Ability to travel to project sites across the country
