Field Service Technician - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 33.00/hour - Charlotte, NC

Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery while performing on-site installations, start-ups, inspections, upgrades, and operator training. Provide field and telephone technical support for equipment issues, coordinate service activities from initial request through completion, and assist customers with applications, testing, and demonstrations. Evaluate equipment performance to identify improvements, manage parts identification and inventory needs, and resolve warranty and product-related concerns. Document all service work, maintenance activities, findings, and customer issues. Travel approximately one to two times monthly for installations and service visits. Base salary ranges from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour with health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and holidays.
