Job Summary
Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other Cash Depot equipment; perform cash replenishment and coin removal; coordinate with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests; complete administrative tasks accurately and timely; uphold security procedures; train or ride along with other technicians as needed; maintain inventory standards and contribute to efficiency and safety metrics; travel within the territory and work a flexible schedule with on-call duty; operate as a team player and provide on-site support at customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
