Job Summary
Field Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs Culligan Quench water filtration equipment including filtered water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This customer-facing role requires mechanical aptitude, safe work practices, and strong service orientation. Responsibilities include driving to customer sites, installing and troubleshooting equipment, replacing filters, sanitizing tanks, inspecting for leaks, following safety policies, maintaining the company vehicle and logs, transporting tools, documenting work with a tablet, delivering professional service, and maintaining regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- At least 21 years of age
