Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead cranes and hoists while performing scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to repair calls. Evaluate customer complaints to identify solutions and recommend system improvements, then document all service and installation actions via forms and checklists. Maintain professional presentation and timeliness to build customer confidence while working independently at heights with a valid driver's license. Requires 4 to 5 years of electrical and mechanical experience, OSHA 10 certification, and welding/fabrication skills as a plus. Includes travel within 200 miles, competitive base pay, medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and a company work truck.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years electrical and mechanical skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- OSHA 10
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Must be able to pass a random drug screen at the request of GWBI or our customers
Desired Qualifications
- Welding, fabrication, layout, burning, fitting, and rigging experience
- Experience with overhead cranes
