Job Summary
Road Mechanic role performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel/heavy equipment in a safety-focused environment. Work on a variety of makes/models and equipment (including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, generators, oil & gas equipment) with on-the-job training and opportunities for career progression. Requires flexible, field-based work in remote locations, a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of mechanic experience, and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, ability to troubleshoot, and willingness to work in a fast-paced setting are essential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- CDL license may be required in some locations
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
