Job Summary
Installs, maintains, and repairs company equipment, including filtered water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Drives a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment. Routinely replaces water filters, cleans and sanitizes tanks, changes UV bulbs, and clears water lines. Inspects equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns. Follows company and customer safety policies and site procedures. Maintains company vehicle per policy, logs mileage and maintenance, and safely transports equipment. Documents service work using a tablet or mobile device. Provides professional and timely customer service at each site visit. Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs
- Professional, service-minded demeanor
- Driving experience
