Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cash automation equipment including ATMs within a 100-mile radius, while ensuring exceptional service and strong client relationships. Candidates should have a high school diploma with an associate degree preferred, and ideally possess at least 1 year of related experience. Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a valid driver's license are essential, alongside the ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1+ years of experience as a field service technician preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- NCR Certification /OEM ATM/ITM certification (Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, etc.)
