Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician responsible for on-site maintenance and repairs of customers’ lifting and material handling equipment (e.g., reachstackers, hooklift trucks, gantry cranes with pneumatic tires, and elevating platforms). Performs routine and emergency maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal functionality and operational conditions at client sites. Requires autonomous electromechanical, hydraulic, and electronic skills; experience with the listed equipment is preferred. Strong customer relation skills, safety-conscious attitude, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends. Valid driving license and language skills in English are advantageous. The role is based in Novara (Piedmont), Italy, with in-person on-site work commitments and opportunities for continuous training and career development.
