Job Summary
Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment including AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and pumps. Perform laser alignments, set critical air gaps, and replace bearings using specialized tooling. Utilize precision measuring tools and portable electronic diagnostic equipment to verify tolerances and ensure system reliability. Clean and prep electro-mechanical equipment using bead blasting and solvent cleaning. Adhere to strict safety standards while working independently or within a high-performing team. Maintain a valid driver's license and be prepared for flexible hours, overtime, and on-call field service.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment
- Proven ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical findings professionally
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable record
- Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed for on-call field service
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
