Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. Requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently while representing IPG in the field. Includes installation, preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues, software upgrades on equipment, training customer maintenance teams, and travel up to ~30% to customer sites in London, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation, etc.) preferred
- Equivalent field service experience considered
