Job Summary
Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations; install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance; diagnose mechanical, electrical, and minor automation-related issues using testing tools and technical documentation; provide on-the-job training to customer maintenance teams; establish PM programs to ensure equipment reliability; assist with field testing of new products; document issues and report performance concerns; upgrade software on WAT units and other equipment; travel to customer sites (up to 30%); lift and carry heavy components; strong communication and independent-work capability; read technical diagrams and manuals; maintain accurate service records; flexible to work extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation, etc.) preferred
- Equivalent field service experience considered
