Job Summary
Intermediate Field Service Technician responsible for operating compressor packages, gas processes, and rental equipment, with diagnostic and repair responsibilities. Provides feedback for location policies and material forecasts; builds and maintains customer relationships; aims for 98%+ mechanical availability; conducts 24/7 coverage and accepts overtime/on-call rotations; performs complex repairs and major overhauls, and may backfill other field roles. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to HSE procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years comparable work experience in field/industry (preferred)
- Kodiak SSE program completion (preferred)
- 1-2 years in entry level Field Technician role (preferred)
- 3+ years compression process/equipment experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR
- English proficiency (read/write/speak)
- Waukesha certification preferred
- Ariel certification preferred
- Cat certification preferred
