Job Summary
Field Service professional responsible for installing, performing preventive maintenance, and executing emergency repairs on beverage and sanitation equipment (coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines) for diverse customers including national accounts, healthcare, colleges/universities, hospitality, and large food-service operators. Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, and performance measurement of equipment; strong emphasis on customer relations. Key qualifications include two years of customer service or equipment repair experience (or an equivalent combination of education/training/experience), ability to interpret maintenance manuals and schematics, capability to perform heavy lifting, valid state drivers license with a clean MVR, willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks; must be 18+. The role typically operates Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM with potential overtime and offers benefits such as weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, 401k match, profit sharing, a company van, tool provision, cell phone reimbursement, and uniform allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines
- Valid state driver7s license (required)
- Clean driving record (we will run an MVR)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check)
