Job Summary
Field Service Technician for on-site service, punch-out, and warranty work on impact windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include completing punch-out lists and final inspections for homeowner turnover, troubleshooting installation issues, performing field repairs, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams. Requires 1+ year experience in service or installation of impact windows and doors, knowledge of major brands, familiarity with Florida building codes, a valid Florida driver’s license, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and the physical ability to lift and carry tools/materials. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in service or installation of impact windows and doors
- Knowledge of brands like ES, PGT, CGI, Mr. Glass, Eco to name a few
- Familiar with Florida building codes and manufacturer specs
- Experience with residential and storefront systems
- Clean and valid Florida driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Physically able to lift and carry tools/materials
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
