Field Service Technician - Industrial Equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial battery systems and charging equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and install or replace industrial batteries and related components. Conduct battery watering, cleaning, and inspections while responding to customer service calls in a professional and timely manner. Complete service documentation, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. This mobile, customer-facing role supports Carolina Industrial Products' growing service team in the Charlotte area with a stable Monday–Friday day shift schedule and occasional overtime.
