Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on industrial battery systems and charging equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and install or replace batteries and related components. Conduct battery watering, cleaning, and inspections while responding to customer service calls in a professional and timely manner. Complete service documentation, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and maintain a clean company vehicle and work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Full-time Monday–Friday day shift with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good customer service and communication skills
