Job Summary
Field Service Technician to service industrial battery systems and warehouse equipment in the Raleigh area, with a company vehicle provided. Mobile, customer-facing role performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues, installing/replacing batteries, conducting servicing tasks, and documenting service activities. Training provided for the right candidate; position offers a Monday–Friday day shift, paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Independent field work with an emphasis on safety and customer communication.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
