Job Summary
Field Service Technician in Pennsylvania (Remote) with Lenox, supporting industrial bandsaws. Responsibilities include troubleshooting minor repairs, alignment and calibration of equipment, product performance and trials to optimize operation; coordinating with Territory Account Managers to manage the territory and service requests; utilizing SFDC to maintain data on products, machines, and customers; maintaining and calibrating distributor welding equipment; driving value through technical product and application solutions, product trials, and knowledge of The Lenox Advantage and site survey processes; promoting the benefits of Lenox products during customer interactions. The role emphasizes learning and applying industrial technical knowledge, with opportunities to grow within a global tool-manufacturing company and participate in a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of equipment maintenance and repair and/or hands-on experience in a shop production environment or equivalent
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is preferable
- Technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines
- Sales experience in industrial sales is preferred
