Job Summary
Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment (carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, vacuums) for assigned accounts; establish and maintain strong customer relationships; maintain service records; purchase parts and track inventory; demonstrate equipment to customers; coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction; continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge; follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication skills
