Job Summary
Diagnose problems and perform complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on customer oil field equipment, including refractory units, coil tubing units, and pumping units. Accurately troubleshoot equipment issues, identify and order necessary parts, and execute major repairs while replacing components as needed. Conduct load bank tests to verify generator capacity and lead commissioning activities, including system verification and performance testing. Perform routine maintenance according to established guidelines, complete work orders and time sheets, and assist lower-level technicians. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all quality standards and safety procedures.
