Job Summary
Maintain, service, and repair office equipment including printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices at customer locations. Diagnose equipment issues, perform installations and upgrades, and make hardware modifications. Deliver product training efficiently and complete field calls according to priority while managing time effectively. Rebuild components at the shop and continuously enhance technical skills for assignments. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and three years of experience in technical repair or related fields. Earn $24.00-$28.00 hourly with a performance bonus up to $6,000 annually plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of three years of experience in one or more of the following: Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment
- Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
- Experience providing mechanical support and repair for low voltage devices and equipment
- Technical service, repair or support of comparable products
- Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid state driver's license
- Minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience may come from military/veteran service, cable installation, electrical work, automotive or mechanical repair
