Job Summary
Maintain, service, and repair black and white, color, and multifunctional printers, copiers, and other office equipment at customer locations across the Morrisville, NC area. Diagnose equipment issues, perform installations and upgrades, and make modifications to existing hardware. Deliver product training efficiently, rebuild components at the shop, and complete field calls according to priority while managing time effectively. This role offers hourly compensation ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 based on experience, including service mileage reimbursement and a phone allowance. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years or more of expertise in one or more of the following: Technical repair, service, and installation of copier/office equipment (Preferred)
- Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
- Technical service, repair, or support of comparable products
- Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- A valid driver's license
- Auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business
