Job Summary
On-site field service for Toshiba printers, copiers, and multifunction devices in the Pottstown, PA area. Provide maintenance, servicing, and repairs; diagnose issues; install upgrades; modify/remove old units and retrofit hardware; deliver product training; complete field calls; build cross-functional skills; contribute to customer success and business growth within the territory; requires 3+ years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED; must have a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of expertise in repairing, servicing, and installing office equipment, including copiers, printers, Photo ID and ID Badge systems, or fingerprint scanners
- Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business
