Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician II, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for office equipment including printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. Responsibilities include making repairs, diagnosing equipment issues, installing and upgrading systems, and delivering product training. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, good electro-mechanical skills, and intermediate computer skills, along with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Technical repair, service, and installation of copier/office equipment
- Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
- Technical service, repair, or support of comparable products
- Intermediate computer skills
