Job Summary
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly for electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory. Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access while executing maintenance repairs and system overhauls. Travel several hours per day with prolonged driving, rotating and weekend shifts, and carry tools weighing up to 50 lbs. This role supports NCR Atleos's Field Services Team, acting as a first-line response to build long-term relationships with major retailers and banks while keeping commerce running globally.
Required Qualifications
- Local candidate tspecific geographic area.
- Authorized twork in the US.
- At least 19 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
- Ability tperform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
- Rotating and weekend shifts.
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up t50 lbs. without assistance.
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
- One or more years of related experience.
