Job Summary
Install, start up, and maintain high-performance paint booths and equipment for auto body shops and industrial customers. Troubleshoot and repair systems—from motors and fans to VFDs and process controllers. Read schematics and electrical diagrams to diagnose electrical/mechanical issues; deliver hands-on and classroom-style training to customers; travel regionally (including overnights) to support customers and partners; provide feedback to engineering/design teams to improve products; support North America and collaboration within a growing team.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role (HVAC, industrial equipment, controls, or related)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, wiring, controls, and airflow
- Ability to read and revise blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
- Associate degree preferred—but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued
