Field Service Technician II

Job Summary
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products at customer sites. Move, load, unload, and transport Light & Wonder products to customer sites; maintain part inventory; work with customers and coworkers professionally; utilize Salesforce and Zinc to manage tickets; follow safety protocols and PPE requirements; basic networking knowledge; read and follow technical documentation; heavy lifting up to 60 lbs; travel and on-call work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to three years of experience in the assembly, testing, or troubleshooting of electronic devices
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one)
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of mechanical assembly skills; knowledge of electricity, basic electronics, troubleshooting, and mechanics of gaming type devices; ability to read schematics or wiring diagrams; ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions; experience with Salesforce and Zinc for customer tickets; ability to use Microsoft Office; PPE and safety compliance
