Field Service Technician II - Heavy Equipment

Job Summary
Conduct repairs on customer and company-owned heavy equipment, performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting while adhering to safety and contamination control policies. Maintain necessary tools to diagnose, disassemble, and assemble components per manufacturer specifications, inspecting parts to maximize reuse and control costs. Monitor job expenses against estimates, documenting all repairs and accounting for time via required software. Train and mentor team members while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Work independently with frequent night, holiday, and weekend shifts, adapting to changing priorities and complex problem-solving situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-4 years
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Valid Driver License
- Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to lift 26-50 lbs
