Job Summary
Receive requests from Marina staff regarding boat status to prioritize current needs and provide on-site marine service at assigned customer locations. Diagnose engine performance, rigging, controls, and gauges using test equipment and laptop diagnostic software, then provide maintenance services to Mercury products to factory specifications. Keep detailed Service Logs and safely operate equipment to perform boat and engine rigging, de-rigging, and boat launching and removal. Work weekend days as part of a 5-day schedule with rotating days off. This role supports Disney's rental and work fleet within the Customer Experience team at Lake Buena Vista on Disney property.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years servicing outboards, stern drives, rigging, and boat repair
- Ability to diagnose and repair marine engines, drive, rigging, controls
- Computer literacy and experience with M.S. Word/Excel
