Job Summary
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment (ATMs and self-checkout systems) within an assigned territory; troubleshoot and service electromechanical hardware, manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access; work with retailers and banks to deliver best-in-class service, supported by NCR Atleos training, to keep commerce running globally; requires travel, rotating/weekend shifts, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs; orientation includes both virtual and hands-on classroom training to enable rapid skill growth; preferred qualifications include familiarity with large servers/mainframe imaging software and certifications (A+, CompTIA, N+) and related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the US
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to travel Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive manipulation
