Job Summary
Field Service Technician II in Denver, CO, responsible for installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment (ATMs, self-checkout) within an assigned territory. The role requires triaging customer issues, performing repairs and system overhauls, managing network faults and remote system access, and providing prompt, professional customer support. Emphasis on hands-on service delivery, ability to operate with minimal supervision, and willingness to travel; training provided by NCR Atleos, with opportunities to grow technically and within a diverse team. Required Qualifications
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills
- basic electronic skills
- Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity
- Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
- Experience in field service or maintenance (preferred)
