Job Summary
Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Maintain necessary tools to disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications while adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. Complete required documentation utilizing appropriate software to track repair times and monitor job expenses against estimates. Train and mentor others in the department, contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. Work regularly during business hours with frequent requirements to cover nights, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-4 years
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Valid Driver License
- Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to lift 26-50 lbs
