Field Service Technician I - Tucson, AZ

Job Summary
Perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of lottery terminals, addressing service break-fix, new installations, and preventative maintenance needs. Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures to determine the most cost-effective resolution and minimize customer downtime. Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related problems, resolving equipment and communication concerns while identifying specific lottery care needs. Analyze product failure trends and service ability issues by preparing and analyzing reports. Work independently with support from a team of service professionals to achieve weekly service goals, maintaining a clean driving record and passing background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- An understanding of and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Proven self-starter with motivation and ability
- Great organization and time management skills
- Strong judgement and problem solving skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports to identify product failure trends and service ability issues
- Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds)
- On occasion climbing ladders
- Pass background check
- Clean driving record (No more than 3 speeding tickets in the last 5 years)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
- Must be able to work under pressure with limited supervision
- Must be able to use approved Personal Protective Equipment
