Job Summary
As Field Service Technician I, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance for black and white, color, and multifunction printers and copiers at customer locations within the Honolulu territory. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, installations and upgrades, rebuild components at the shop, deliver product training, and complete field calls with effective time management while enhancing your technical skills for field assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (preferred)
- Experience with technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
- Experience in mechanical support and repair for low voltage devices and equipment (military/veteran service, cable installation, electrical work, automotive or mechanical repair)
- Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid state driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per company policy
