Job Summary
Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments while traveling daily to customer sites in your assigned territory. Work independently out of a company-provided service vehicle, lifting and moving equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day. Directly communicate with clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and serve as the main point of contact on site. Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track. Earn $18.00 – $25.00 an hour with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background in customer service or some mechanical/electrical experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights)
- Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new technical work
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs
- Must be able to travel daily to customer sites
- Must be able to drive about 30–300 miles per day
- Must be able to work standing and walking for most of the day
