Job Summary
Field Service Technician I responsible for daily field service repairs and customer satisfaction around the San Francisco/SFO area. Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field, provides customer training, documents inspections and repairs, orders and manages parts, and supports service sales opportunities. Maintains calibration and test equipment, analyzes field data to recommend product improvements, and communicates with customers and senior staff. Requires travel, overtime, and adherence to safety/export-control requirements; strong customer focus, clear written/spoken communication, and ability to operate in diverse environments including airports and other critical facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or Military Training in electrical, mechanical, electronics; 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems; computer literacy; MS Office proficiency
