Job Summary
The Field Service Technician I role involves performing customer support activities for the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Key responsibilities include conducting on-site testing, isolating malfunctions, and managing repair schedules while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Applicants should possess at least 2 years of relevant field experience and strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems. Must demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset while being capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment in various environments.
Required Qualifications
- Related Trade experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields
- Military Training in electrical, mechanical, or electronics
- 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Computer literacy and competency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus and teamwork orientation
- Willingness to travel at short notice
- Ability to pass an in-depth background check
