Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Willingness and ability to properly wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)
• •Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• •Active listening skills and a professional, courteous communication style
• •Stamina to work in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments
• •Availability for on-call duty; able to work nights and weekends when needed
• •Willingness to travel out of town as required
• •Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and electronic tools for work (e.g., digital work orders, metering devices)
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• •Physical strength to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis
• •Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
• •A clean driving record (valid license)
• •A strong commitment to safety at all times
• •Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• •Note: This role requires willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• •You must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• •The work is physically demanding and often outdoors, so you need to be medically fit to handle various conditions
• •Expect outdoor work in extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind) and exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors

Desired Qualifications

• •Basic carpentry or general "handyman" skills (desired but not required)
• •Familiarity with industry software/tools like FieldCap, KPA, or Bamboo is a plus (not required)
