Job Summary
Prioritize safety while performing basic plumbing repairs, flooring installation, electrical troubleshooting, and painting projects to maintain facilities. Interface directly with clients on-site to address issues, obtain sign-off on service tickets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor to deliver high-quality service for rig moves, new setups, and infield repairs. Maintain high standards of efficiency and quality across all job sites, including travel to locations as needed. Work in extreme outdoor weather conditions while adhering to all company and client safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to properly wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Active listening skills and a professional, courteous communication style
- Stamina to work in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments
- Availability for on-call duty; able to work nights and weekends when needed
- Willingness to travel out of town as required
- Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and electronic tools for work (e.g., digital work orders, metering devices)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical strength to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
- A clean driving record (valid license)
- A strong commitment to safety at all times
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Note: This role requires willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- You must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
- The work is physically demanding and often outdoors, so you need to be medically fit to handle various conditions
- Expect outdoor work in extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind) and exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors
Desired Qualifications
- Basic carpentry or general "handyman" skills (desired but not required)
- Familiarity with industry software/tools like FieldCap, KPA, or Bamboo is a plus (not required)
