Job Summary
Field Service Technician I to perform field service calls, diagnostic repairs, and maintenance updates on Clever Devices electronic and computerized equipment at customer facilities. Responsible for spare parts inventory management and care of the company vehicle. Requires travel up to 75%, onsite at customer or Transit Authority locations, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Must have 3+ years of experience as a mechanical/service technician, hands-on electronics and computer systems experience, networking and software knowledge, a clean driving record, proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and ability to learn Axapta or customer-specific software, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% with potential for weekends, overnight, and on-call shifts.
