Job Summary
Partner with the Sales team to install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups at customer locations. Identify, label, and optimize maintenance products to improve workflow while training clients on ordering technology, scanners, and mobile apps. Travel Monday through Friday across the United States to build relationships and create safer, more efficient workspaces. Requires frequent overnight travel up to 90% of scheduled work weeks, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 75 pounds in active shop environments. Valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks)
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments
- Valid driver's license
