Job Summary
Conduct installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of frac, drilling, and surface control equipment at customer locations. Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and adhere to all safety policies, including Stop Work Authority and location-based protocols. Operate equipment and materials per standard operating procedures while inspecting, rebuilding, and recommending efficiency adjustments. Maintain accurate field service documentation and provide superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Care for company assets, tools, and site-specific equipment in accordance with policy. Work independently or as part of a team, requiring 24-hour on-call support during scheduled rotations and shop presence when no field work is active.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and apply technical equipment operation and maintenance
- One to two years of experience and/or training
- Must be authorized to operate a company vehicle
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations within the last 12 months
- Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Must be available for 24-hour on-call support
- Must work in shop when no field work
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision ability
- Distance vision ability
- Color vision ability
- Peripheral vision ability
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and fire resistant clothing
- Must complete a drug screen
