Job Summary
Deliver, install, troubleshoot, test, and repair pressure control equipment, frac, and drilling equipment at customer locations. Conduct pre-checks on all equipment and processes to ensure operability, inspect, repair, rebuild, and recommend adjustments for quality and efficiency. Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) to support safe work planning and adhere to all location-based safety protocols. Operate equipment and materials in accordance with standard operating procedures while properly maintaining company-supplied assets, tools, trucks, and trailers. Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers and communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients. Assist or prepare accurate field service documentation in an organized and legible manner. Perform other duties as assigned, including shop work when no field work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and apply technical equipment operation and maintenance
- One to two years of experience and/or training
- Must be authorized to operate a company vehicle
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations within the last 12 months
- Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to frequently stand and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision abilities
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and fire resistant clothing
- Must be available for 24-hour on-call support
- Must work in shop when no field work is available
- Must be able to perform duties Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some weekends
- Must be able to work 12-14 hour days
- Must be able to work overtime based on business need
- Must be able to complete a drug screen
