Job Summary
Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation to ensure accurate record keeping. Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, or on-site maintenance while maintaining all technical information, Field Service Reports, and expense records. Showcase strong customer communication skills to meet demands and maintain machine performance at levels that achieve branch metric targets. This customer-facing role requires compliance with policies including vaccination measures, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while active more than 50 percent of the time. Candidates must complete the 120-day introductory period and PDIF training. Earn $19.00 - $26.31 hourly with a transportation allowance while working full-time on-site within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be active more than 50 percent of the time
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Residency in the United States at the time of hire

- Ability to successfully complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
