Job Summary
Maintain assigned Canon products through efficient, responsive on-site maintenance while documenting failure trends and serviceability issues. Provide accurate Field/Shop support, ensuring proper record-keeping of technical information, reports, and expense details. Demonstrate strong customer communication to meet service standards and branch metric targets. Requires valid driver's license, ability to travel, and physical capacity to lift 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $26.31 hourly with a transportation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Residency in the United States at the time of hire
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period
- Ability to successfully complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
