Field Service Technician I traveling to facilities to maintain and repair company products (tablets, phones, kiosks, video terminals) within correctional facilities; provides on-site, hybrid or roving technician support, sets up and maintains tablets, assists with software updates and installations, trains incarcerated individuals on tablet use, manages inventory, coordinates with dispatchers, and troubleshoots tablet systems while ensuring security and proper usage; strong communication skills and ability to learn company products is needed.
