Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for field test planning and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering to define test strategies; coordinates installations and testing at test locations, escalates equipment issues, and assists in diagnosing and resolving technical problems at locations and with customers; requires strong customer service, verbal/written communication, data analysis, and the ability to install and maintain equipment in a QSR environment with network-diagnosis and testing duties; role involves on-site visits and travel to test stores and locations; opportunity to work with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and ensure product readiness.
Required Qualifications

- Expert skill level diagnosing and resolving technical issues for HME equipment
