Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair games and associated systems when malfunctions occur, while performing preventive maintenance on all machines to ensure accurate function. Travel daily throughout a designated territory in and around Richmond, VA to perform basic troubleshooting on cabinet components, replace broken parts, and operate hand tools and electrical test equipment. Troubleshoot point of sale and server issues, configure routers, wire locations to prevent loops, and assign static IP addresses. Properly complete work orders to record repairs and service. Frequently move machines weighing in excess of 400 pounds. Provide exceptional service to guests and employees while embodying the company's mission and values as an ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- daily travel throughout a designated territory in and around Richmond, VA
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- ability to frequently move machines weighing in excess of 400 pounds
- ability to operate hand tools, soldering equipment, electrical test equipment, and other equipment as needed
- ability to properly complete work orders to record repairs and service
